Shipping policy

All hammocks and hammock chairs are handmade. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Custom or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates. Delivery times vary by location and may be affected by customs, international transit delays, or carrier backlogs. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, Hope Hammocks is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, stolen packages, or lost parcels. For delivery issues, customers must work directly with the carrier using the tracking details provided. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
