Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the item price only after inspection; items that show signs of use, damage, or weather exposure may receive a partial refund or be deemed ineligible. Custom colors, sale items, and products damaged after delivery are not returnable. Exchanges are not offered, but customers may return an eligible item and place a new order. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
